Running with ignorance
and optimism,
fixed to our
whim.

Counting fires
as we swim.

Speeding through endless
choice and chance,
leaving what we made
with what makes sense.

Chasing what will
take us.

Taking what will
shape us...

...This is where we
never were and
where we always
will be.
