Why can't I get u off my mind?
No matter how hard I try?
Im fallin and can't get up
And I can't tell you why
We barely even speak
And When we do
it makes up the time we've lost
We've never met
Yet to me it's like
we've never had a time apart
Your happiness I want
more than my own
Though the signals I get from u
may confuse
Im drowning in this feelin
And I afraid
Cause I just seem to find
The right words to use
No matter how we turn out
I want you to know
That I want to be there
when ur skies turn grey
To pick you up
and hold you close
And say...
It's okay babe,
And wipe ur tears away.
So remebmer that Im here for u
as a friend, If that's what u need best
Just promise me
That I'll be your best friend
If nothing more, and nothing less....
