the first time we met u were in aww
i have never seen a man look at me like that
u were gentle when u spoke
i smiled and you almost died
i was delicate and lady like
you loved me from that moment in time
you called me precious
i have never felt like a gem till you said it
from your lips you made me believe
you looked at me as a person never lusting
even if you wanted me like a man should
you kept those thoughts inside
you took the time to know me and i loved it
i was down-to -earth and that shocked you
never had you seen a true beauty
one that matched both inside and out
i am genuine thats not going to change
all i'm looking for is a man that understands that
one who will not tarnish what the years have blossomed
i'm not even sure if you are the right man for me
i'm willing though to experience what you have to offer
