when the night descends

The night descends, as the pendulum swings, over our heads, the penitentary hangs, like a hawk to it's prey, be cautious watch where you lay, what you think and do, they're watching your every move, tired of waiting for judgement day, judge me now or be on your way, somehow we will meet back up at the end, until that day please pray for my sins, kindle the fire that burns within, help me face the day, for, the son is risin, last night seems closer to pretend, then you realize, rather you feel the feeling of when, the night descends.

Hmmm as night decends as in behind prison walls of a true penitentary or built from our own misforgotten gains. Nice write
