I travel alone, no purpose, no smile All I built is destroyed, pain will linger for a while I came out here, to let things go I'm not sure what the use is through Lost my friends, lost my love Embracing the darkness, no sun from above I have to learn how to forgive me Cure the blindness, clear the dark so I can see

Yes do forgive yourself. The sadness in this pained me so. You aren't alone I'm always a pm away. May the sunrise in the morning bring you a greater sense of peace my friend.
Cure the blindness, clear the dark so I can see.... that line said it all right there hold onto that.

Bravo!! Very well written!
Flow, rhyme even the turns in the meter are very impressive!
