Because loves presence is eternal~
existing far beyond lifes temporal plane
There is a constant source of comfort~
from which can be drawn, a balm for our pain...
Because loves essence is everywhere~
through the earthly & ethereal entwined
Creating a common vibration~
so spirits can connect with hearts left behind...
Because loves nature is evolving~
the instant affinity felt between two
Is oft times the return of a love~
Experienced once & again, both old & new...
Because loves self is shared by you & I~
though now above where I remain, you're free to soar
The heavens have been made of a gift~
which when from either side is opened, to the other side becomes a door...

I like this alot as any opportunity to percieve the 'otherside' is more than welcomed in my book:

I definitely feel this as our hearts have weight and mass and anchors for our spirits and is often left behind as the tail on a kite.

| This is absolutely beautiful and such a fitting tribute. I'm truly sorry for your loss. I too have lost somebody very important to me and writing helped me cope. You did a wonderful job. I love the last verse. Take care. |
