God has blessed me with a good life
A good family
A good church
A good home
But just to be honest with you,
Im growing so weary inside,
More and more, I just want to go on.
I look at this old, sinful world,
Straying further away from God,
So I lift my eyes toward Heaven,
On that, my lifes focus will be.
For it shall see me through my trials,
Till I can see for myself the face of God,
And my loved ones whom I dearly miss,
Whove already been called on.
Immeasurable beauty shall fill my eyes,
And joy shall fill my hungry soul,
As I look for my new home in Heaven,
Let my praises through the ages roll.
