You left with out saying goodby
you walked in the room sad and drunk
you left noone said no
we tried to keep up but your to far gone
I went back home and heard
the sirens coming from far away
the phone rang to ask if I know where you are
no was the answer I gave
with a sick sad felling in my head
I ran to the car a drove
when I got near I seen with tears in my eyes
then I was told you didnt make it
I hugged a friend and then fall to my hands to ask why
you where just there with me how could this be
why didnt we say dont leave
you left on a bad note but the *****y part is you left
I remember that day I didnt say stop just dont go
just a kid at 22 new truck and new dreams
gone before you got to live.
