If it wasn't for that desert land, i wouldn't be the man that i am. it was hard but now i understand thank you Lord for that desert land.
If it wasn't for that desert land, i wouldn't be the man that i am.
he brough us through please understand, we had to go through that desert land. to forget the memory of slavery pain and start anew with our king. we had to pass through that desert land.
Lord i know you hear and see us, we saw the miracles and the dust. but yet they didn't free us so you trun their rivers and land to the sea.
if it wasn't for that desert land , i wouldn't be the man that i am so i thank you lord ,i understand we had to go through that desert land.

I seem to be finding a theme today in what I have been reading...and this piece is a perfect example....that which is bitter and seemingly harsh can be a blessing in disguise...it's just the getting through it thats the toughest part....a great lesson here! |
