It's not a good thing to do

You go skydiving every chance you get.
You do it for fun but it's something that your loved ones may one day regret.
If your parachute doesn't open, you'll die.
You do it over and over and I don't understand why.
Who will take care of your child if you get killed?
You may never stop skydiving but I hope you will.
It would be good to risk ones life for something noble like firefighting or upholding the law.
Yes these things are dangerous too but it's for a great cause.
Skydiving over and over isn't a good thing to do.
A lot of people will be hurt if something happens to you.

I like the warmth of the sentiment & it flowed well, but I think it's a little unfair to judge for another the worthwhileness of what they choose to do with their life. Especially when you judge it in negative comparison to what you find worthwhile. Still, I dig the message of, "I care" this seems to be trying to send. All in all a good write!
