You were mine, once upon a time

Contributed by lipsofanangel on Monday, 20th November 2006 @ 01:09:14 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I loved you once upon a time
I held you in my arms
You were the only one I truly cared about
You left me once upon a time
And the tears that fell
Drowned all other feeling
for any one else
I cried over you once upon a time
I tore my room to shambles
I put holes in my wall
I took the fall for you
once upon a time
And you returned the favor
By spreading rumors that would ruin
My reputation
I would have died for you
Once upon a time
and I thought that you felt the same
I lied to defend you
I protected you
And you payed me back
With nothing but hurt and pain
You were my heart my soul and my life
once upon a time.
The time wasnt so long ago
and I can still see it clearly
Yea I once loved you
But you betrayed my love
And caused me to hate
Now dear love
The time has come for you to feel pain

I think the road to true love is a battlefield.
Sometimes you have to fight many battles before you can claim victory.
I hope you find it

OoO revenge. I love how you ended that poem, that was a great way to tie it all together. I really liked it.
