For today may be my last, what do I have... a forgotten past,
A mask that's cold, and a name no one may know,
A heart filled with love, devoted to you with every drop of my blood,
A simple heartbeat, and emotions words cannot speak,
Memories of happiness, memories of sadness,
If I am to leave, I ask that you do not cry for me,
Allow my sprit to fill your soul, know I loved you, and I never would have left you alone,
I will always be there, think of me when the wind runs through your hair,
My life, my dreams, my words, my being, were only Earthly things,
You here at YPDC, have given me more than I could have ever asked for,
My poems are for you, please enjoy, leave a light on I may come to your door,
Thank you all for everything you have done, My wife, my kids, my job, and you my friends.
