A whisper
A scream
I call out your name
You turn a deaf ear
It's all in vain
Insignificant
Tolerated
It's what I've become
Can't turn back the hands of time
What's happened will not be undone
I've begged
I've pleaded
Can't you see it in my eyes?
You seem not to notice
Now I swallow my cries
Easily forgotten
That thought makes me moan
Surrounded by many
Yet I remain alone.
