View from above
you're a snowflake
falling, floating
slowly downwards
you see her
happy, laughing
spinning and twirling
hair and skirt out like umbrellas
like in slow motion...
Step by step.
Around and around.
getting closer
you see the sparkle in her eyes
excitement in her laugh
happiness in her movements
And your thoughts
you used to be like that
excited for each day
a reason to wake up
...before.
Now
not driven
no purpose
alone...lonely.
Getting closer,
nostalgia seeps into you
taking over
sadness
pain
thoughts, memories
and then
Black.
