How long did you think you were gonna keep me in your box. Did you think I would be stupid all my life, stay your victim. Just use and abuse me. You put me in a straight jacket but one day your cd skip and I saw your flaws and realize that I was watchin an illusion that you made. While you put me into your box buried under dirt that kept blockin my eyes and I took as darkness within
And all this time I was blaming my heaven father for keeping me in chains, how can you make your child a modern day slave, keeping me in that box, I won't listen to your lies anymore sittin here hurtin and cryin while the walls close in on me , cuttin off my air
You gave me emotional blockiest, out of fear using a dead man as your reason. Well you can stay with the dead . I 'm going to live among the living I choose life over you, you ain't nothing but a false prophet speakin evil. But the saints have talk to me they told me not to follow your system . Don't accept what they said and that what I did for so long, I over came your mind control
I was a victim of your circumstances, disillusion, confusion and repossess of my soul, free myself from your guilt trips, emotional beating me down repressing me from lovin me, unable to live out my true expressions
I'm gettin out of your box, I won't listen anymore, I'm gettin
Out. my soul is leaving this bondage, you deceive me long enough. Must have my freedom now it calling my name. leavin you in your own ***** to swim out. Cause I'm just done and out of your box
