I wrote the words that I felt in my heart
I felt that my thoughts were a work of art
The things that happened in my life
All the pain and all the strife
My love and all that happened
I would grab some paper and quickly pen
I would put it to print all I felt
On my emotional knee I knelt
I spilled it out there for all to see
It made me feel so completely free
I gave it to those who would have my soul
Dangling on a string for them to control
They took my heart and ripped it out
And I had nothing in me to write about
With My wife and friends caring concern
I rose from the depression and did what I yearned
I grabbed a pen and quickly wrote
This heart felt work that came in a note
On a napkin I found in a bar
These little words would take me far
I found what they took was never gone
What they tried to do was very wrong
They preyed on my weakness and took what was mine
And what they did showed to me in a sign
They cant have it they can go to hell
Because in evil they always dwell
As you can see my dear friends
I am back and will be to my end
For they cannot take what is not theirs

Bill I am so glad to see you are back!
I would still make a complaint against them though. It is your work you are so very right.
Loved the pic fits perfectly. Know your friends are always nearby.

Dearest Bill you can never keep a great man down, I totally agree with that. I'm so sorry you went through what you did. You are an extraordinary guy who faced a big set back, but fought hard and came back standing on his two feet. God bless you, your beautiful wife, your loving kids and your loyal friends too. It brings my heart joy to see you back & posting again my dear friend.
