Life without the spotlight
Life without the fame
Living in the shadows
Masking all your Shame

I can show you light
I will give you fame
I will save you from the shadows
and take away your pain

Crying in the darkness
Crying in the rain
Tears among the shadows
Drowning in your Shame

I shall kill the drakness
I will stop the rain
I will save you from the shadows
and take away your pain

Breathing in the fire
Breathing in the flame
Gasping in the shadows
Choking from your Shame

I shall douse the fire
I will snuff the flame
I will save you from the shadows
and take away your pain

Dying with no purpose
Dying with no name
Death lives in the shadows
Feeding on your pain

The rhythm of this write makes it easy for me to imagine it as a moody acoustical creation. Do you play by any chance?
