BAM BAM BAM
Another shot through my heart
I finally realized with clarity
What I suspected from the start
Only a few really care
And I know without a doubt
That without your love
I would disappear without a shout
Sometimes walking in a fog
Fielding my emotions
Best withheld
Thinking only of your devotion
My nature is to be positive
And always try to be kind
But sometimes life is so cruel
It plays tricks with my mind
So much thoughtlessness
So much unkindness
So much selfishness
Abounds around us
But YOU bring me joy
And hope
And peace
This is how I cope
I am

a beautifully devoted write. sometimes the world lets us all down and plays with our minds.. that much is true.. this is also a wise piece as well as devoted.. great job
