A bottle floats ashore
There is a message inside
Left for someone to find
I love you is all thats on the paper
Other than tears of joy and bits of laughter
What an interesting find
Something I will certainly hide
From everyone else
So ill keep it to my self
I read it every day
Over and over in my mind I say
What was written in that message
Not only love but something more
And I recall that day on the shore
And now I realize
That this is something I shouldnt hide
It gave me wonder it gave me hope
So I set the message back afloat
For someone else to discover its power
And give light to their darkest hour
