Four Powerless Letters

Contributed by Jen_unknown_to_myself on Sunday, 24th December 2006 @ 01:15:52 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Love four different letters all put together, I shouldnt be worried because, each one on its own isnt very powerful but Why when together they make every girl think?
So powerless apart but together they make my world fall apart.
So I'll make sure to never put them together for every time I do I remember his letters.
The ones he swore he would write but I never got.
Together they make me remember those calls that ended with a "hey I'll call you later mom's on the other line." that call that never came later, Id wait for hours by the phone but all I would hear was silence except the drip drip drip of my tears.
For when those four powerless letters come together my entire heart falls apart, well at least what's left of it.
For that word love has destroyed me and I'll never be able to believe it ever again.
Call me whatever you wish I don't care.
You haven't felt the pain those four little powerless letters cause me when I see them together.

Very powerful message. Those four letters can make or break a person. Seems to be more often the feelings that come with it set people up to get knocked down. Those words will have meaning again, and it will be perfect in every way.

Jen~

Very deep and moving write. You're right, those four little words can make people both happy and sad. They can be uplifting and also slam someone down to their lowest point.

Very good work.

Mike
