Little Girl Flowers

Contributed by crow on Tuesday, 2nd January 2007 @ 01:16:17 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Little girl so saddened
swings in the mid-summer breeze.
Crayola notes,
mountain wild-flowers
can make all daddies well.

Just one moment surrender,
images worn by a child.
Pretty red hearts,
on paper notes
her flowers carefully arranged.
"daddy I love you
then signed her name..
torn to pieces on the floor.

If you look,
this beautiful woman
stands silent.
Little girl look in her eyes.
Shredded notes,
little girl flowers
will litter her heart forever...Crow

You took such pain from this heart and replaced it with such beauty with your words. Yes made me cry but mixed emotions of tears. Love this and thanks for being who you are.
