Time

Ive learned many things over my adult years,
Things only time allows you to figure out.
Ive questioned many happenings and events,
Trying to figure what its all about.
~
Some things become clearer as I age,
Some to this moment I still struggle with.
To completely understand Gods total plan,
To me is just a myth.
~
Every time I lose someone I love,
Confusing and doubt enrage my mind.
I again set out on a quest,
Searching for any answer I can find.
~
Maybe Im just unable to comprehend.
Or see down the line.
What events might unfold?
With the passing of time.
~
So I sit here trying to deal,
With the reality life has in store.
Watching people walk in and out,
Of this ever revolving door.
~
Maybe someday Ill see,
And recognize the signs.
That leaves me to conclusions,
With the passing of time.

A relatable piece for many, I'm sure. Indeed, we all have unanswered questions. A while back, I found this remarkable quote from Rainer Maria Rilke about 'living the questions' instead just waiting for the answers. It makes a great deal of sense to me. Moreover... I'd suggest that if you live the questions well enough, the answers take care of themselves. And unanswered questions, actually... can be quite beautiful. : )

Take Care -

Very comprehensible write bout life, really like the imagery.....of this ever revolving door, sometimes I think we question so much and yet I think the answer to life is eventually just to accept
