Standing above you
Watching your dreams play across your face
Wondering how I've come to deserve
You
Feeling my love grow every second that I stay
Seeing you motionless
Peaceful and soundless I love you
Anyway I look at you
Eyes a flutter
You stare at me looking at you
Adrenaline pumps coursing
Through my veins
A small smile plays upon your lips
I'm frozen in your grace
My hands urge to touch your face
Feel your skin under my finger tips
I've moved
As my heart is slowed
Your hand upon mine
Sends my heart into an uproar
In my vision it's only you
You that shines
I've pulled my hand back
Your touch leaving my mind
Screaming for more
Your eyes are hypnotic
And in your vision I can soar
Life has paused
And I can barely steal a breath
It seems that we've been each other's cause
Staring blindly into eternity
Seeing you seeing me
Love filled
With a silent shutter
My heart is chilled
Momentarily you are gone
And I hear you cry out in misery
Heartache is what I hear
Mind screams reaching for you
Lost
Lost in tragedy
And then we're back
Seeing into each other's eyes
We've banished disguise
Blind glamour is parished
One mind reaching for the other's
Leaning on one another for support
Linked
Energy flows between
Subconsciously calling to the other
Seeing that these souls match
Slowly we attatch
And are bonded strongly
Your hand in mine
Together for eternity...

Love truly is an inspirational feeling. I love this poem. You've described how love could be and should be.
And I agree. You should post some of your others. They can't be so bad if you wrote them, right?
