So content to sit and watch life pass us by
Dont ask questions
Dont ask why
So easy to let things take their course
Dont make waves
Dont use force
And were so damned complacent
Same old story
Same old faces
At this rate well end up gone
Before we can try
Before we can fly
This is self mutilation of the very worst kind
Its of the soul of everyone
This is the very simplest way
To end up on the wrong side of a gun
