To be free
you are not able
deep in your mind
is where you are lost
you won't find your way
your emotions aren't stable
to take the risk
to pay the cost
This mind you have
is like a maze
constantly you run
into dead ends
this time this place
has left a daze
you can't find your way
where the mind bends
finding a way
for your head to be free
is the hardest task
so far
now it's time
to pay the fee
this deadly place
will leave a scar
within your heart
lies a hole
the very one
you've caused
you know you're lost
you're hurting your soul
time stands still
time has paused.
it's time to face
the very known fact
you're lost
and there's no way out
this frightening world
IS no act
tis within your mind
you walk about.
where you go
is up to you
and you're mind
is wandering still
this is no myth
everything is true
pain and suffering
is all you'll feel
since you've been lost
everything seems so clear
you'll never get out
you're condemned to stay
you understand now
understand every tear
you're condemned
but you want to stray
shall you choose
to continue to wander
searching for an exit
that doesn't exist
you will try
and you will plunder
the truth is what
you'll want to resist
you're
lost
within

Yes dark write, yet we DO get lost within, and in so many other ways....and it hurts.! Sorry your pain is there......maybe writing about it will help. Keep posting

| Wow, there is just so much dark emotion in this write that...I feel it! It can hurt to be lost, and that is why must always rely on each other. Good write. |
