I always feel lost and out of place
I don't think that I can face
This cruel world again
And feel all the pain
Being overcome with the fear
How I wish that you were here
To calm things down
And stay and hold on
I wanna walk and hold your hand
Perhaps then you'd understand
How I felt and why I wanted to go
And if you stay just long enough
Then inside you will know
Why I'm going and Why I am gone
I'm kind of scared and misunderstood
I've done all that I possibly could
But I guess it doesn't matter to them
Cause they want me to be just the same
But they just can't handle change
I say I love you and I am gone
If you were only here to see
Of what I was come to be
You'd feel ashamed and shun me out
But I know all of your inner thoughts
And these wars they can't be fought
So this is goodbye and I am gone
