I understand, finally,
Why you had to leave,
Why you packed up all your things
And left me here to be.
I understand about dreams,
And about making them come true,
I even understand why
You do those things you do.
Find your freedom,
Chase your soul, and remember in the end,
When the world falls through for you
I'll always be your friend.
