dont look back
shes got everything
that i lack
she is your perfection
im just second best
now i know what it felt like
when i dragged you in this mess
i shouldnt be jealous
because you are not mine
i thought it'd be different
but it was just waste of time
everything seemed so great
almost too good to be true
well i guess in fact just one thing was
and that one thing was you
i broke you down
i made you feel
i didnt know such a pain
could be so real
you were my secret
and i was yours in return
you had to share me
and i didnt learn
and then came the time
when i had to share you
a whole new world of hurt
was my new point of view

| I do envy your candor, love can immerse you in ways you could never hope to imagine and leave you feeling like a fool. To openly share that experience isn't always easy your poem was very real and emancipating. |
