Each time you feel that youre all alone
With sadness gushing ever so cold
Burdened by heavy tears on your own
Need comfort but theres no one to hold
Let me carry that painful boulder
You can rest easy on my shoulder
Each time you feel like running away
And sorrow is just too much to bear
Clouds of despair envelop your day
As if the whole world just doesnt care
Take my hand and well run together
As all your tears rain on my shoulder
Each time you feel like falling apart
Trying to find shelter through the rain
With no one to hold your weary heart
Trying to find comfort through the pain
Inside my heart, Ill hold you closer
And carry you up on my shoulder
So worry not every time you weep
You can always lean on my shoulder
Ill never rest and Ill never sleep
I wont breathe until you feel better
For youll always have me, forever
Keep you safe and warm on my shoulder
