You held my hand when I learned to walk You caught me when I fell You danced with me to lull me to sleep You were always there
No matter how old I get Hell always be my daddy Always keeping an eye out So I dont get led astray
Ill always be your little girl No matter how old I get Ill still hug you When you walk through the door
You take care of me when Im sick And do everything you can to make me happy And no matter what I do or where I go Ill always be your little girl
You helped me to discover I could write You told me I was special You made me laugh You made me smile
Ill always be your little girl No matter how old I get Ill still hug you When you walk through the door
Youll always be my daddy...

Dear Undead, I really like your poem. I'm not an educated critic of poetry. You write in a different style than I do, but I like the sound of it. You are a lucky girl to have a Daddy such as yours. Keep on writing! Great-grandma Bizzy |
