Have you ever sat and cried thinking about me Have the days passed you by, or have they hardly
Dear old friend, it was a swell time spent, no regret Dear no one I know longer, how have you been lately, I forget
To much sugar in a salad of overloaded tomatoes and red peppers To much to remember in cold water, blasting, summer, rain showers
Its clear I was meant for someone elses arms, hands, and painted toes I was led to the place, the scene, and survived, surrounded by foes
Have you ever stopped, wondered where I was right there and then Have you ever seen the golden sun misplaced then overshoot the horizon

Jyss .. this was incredibly potent .. and thought provoking.
(I love that)
The rhymes are exquisite! They are hardly noticeable,
which makes them blend all the more. There is no
competition for attention here, allowing the meanings
of your words to shine. (Like diamond-studded
snow on a sun-filled winter day)
Excellent stuff here, my friend.
