Empty mind no room for rhyme Words I use spent in time Nothing left but time itself All my belongings on the shelf
Stacked so neatly up so high I saw my life and began to cry Not a thought of what to come Only the past and what was done
Then a glimpse a light so bright Full of colors that lit the night A path lit up for me to find To help me out from my bind
Always there and all it took Was a threat to make me look With the end a beginning so clear And a future to no longer fear February 6th 2007 00:11:28
