Just because I get mad
Don't mean I'm going to let you go
Just because I don't say I love you everytime
Don't mean I don't love you
Just because I sit and stare at you
Don't mean I'm upset with you
Just because I act all tough
Don't mean I'm not scared
Just because I seem strong
Don't mean I'm not weak
Just because I'm numb
Don't mean I can't feel
Just because I'm hurting
Don't mean I don't love
Just because I'm different
DON'T MEAN I'M NOT LIKE YOU!

I really like that line.. makes no sense but perfect sense at the same time.
The whole thing is great. I love the meaning. Maybe it doesn't always show, but you still care. I get it. At least I think I do...
