Sleepy, I feel so sleepy
My eyes are so heavy yet stare
At the world, which has
Suddenly grown to be so ugly,
Everything has become a whirlwind
Of what appears to be hopelessness
And everyone is denying it,
It makes me sick that they deny
Instead of accepting all for what it is,
They just laugh and joke
While I sit here and choke
For a part of me wont let it in,
It wont let in their happiness
Nor their denial
And I cant prohibit my sickness,
A part of me refuses, the other
Wants to take in the denial and happiness
It wishes and longs for it,
Part of me wishes that fire
Did not burn, that people
Werent so cruel, that my world
Wasnt folding in on itself,
But thats just the way it is
And it makes me feel so sad,
And so very sleepy
For I just want to be happy
Like everyone who denies
What is going on all around,
But that sick twisted part of me
Wont let it go,
Thus I feel so sad and so sleepy
For Im tired of fighting,
Sleepy, oh so sleepy
