It's lurking in the shadows waiting for it's chance
anxious to begin it's very deadly dance
seductive and alluring so hard to resist
what you dont know about it is it has an evil twist
cunning and deception are its only ways
and if you should get close enough you wont escape the maze
so please take this warning and give yourself a chance
cause life is way to short for a chemical romance

soulsearching43, this is a master piece and one I really enjoy as I hope other readers may enjoy it as well. What you have penned is a fact for so many and its sad to think a chemical romance controls so many lives. I have composed a few related to this myself and would love to invite you to view them as one is titled, "Living Hell." Now I want to thank you for giving us a wonderful poem of reality and for giving us all a little of your creative personality. I will hope that you continue to reach for your pen to write because your words of poetry sure made me smile bright.
