If someone were to kill me now
If someone were to call me out
Strip me of my secrets,
Make them known though I've tried hard to keep them
If someone knew and chose to say
Where it is I was that day
I'd swallow the tears I've built up for so long
I'd cry though I know it is I who am wrong
I'd fight through the day
Just like I've done before
Think of what words to say
Only just to implore
That I be thrown away
Bring my greatest fear to life
Take mine and break it just to say that I've died.
We'll see who still cares
And cry once again
As I realized I never meant one thing to him
How I wished it untrue
And I thought he would cry
And I thought he would fight before letting me die
But forget me now,
He goes on through the day
And I know that I never
Chose the right time to say
All that I've said
He won't remember me now
So i fight through the day
Just like I've done before
Think of what words to say
