you spoke to me of loving
you spoke to me of God
yet you turned your back towards me
when you realized i was flawed.
you kissed me on my shoulders
you put your lips on mine
and with that very mouth
you uttered many words unkind.
you breathed your breath right into me
and made me feel alive
then impaled that energy mercilessly
with the pain of a thousand knives.
you devoured all my endless praises
then dined on me like a king upon a feast
and left of me decomposing prey
murdered by a beast.

| Wow what an explosive expression of being used and tossed. I love the dined on like a king upon a feast and left of me decomposing prey. Vivid essence of how one feels. Brilliant. |
