Looks as hard as stone, tell me that I'm worth it,
while you go off on your own.
Liar, Liar
I wish I could be better, not that it would even matter
I would still be on my own.
Liar, Liar.
Make another choice, the words are paved until we're drowning.
Make another choice, my hands reach out as they are breaking.
Would you tell me that it's all ok,

Cracked edges on the surface to follow perfection until the end.
Without anything else to fall on, the truth is always second best.
