A never ending nightmare awakes now in my mind
The one that always haunts me and remains unkind
My life is just a history repeated over again
Though I try to find it I don't know how it can end
Tears are always falling leaving their black streaks
Depression always lingers going on for many weeks
Blood is always spilling remaining tainted from pain
Nightmares always flow as I become more insane
A twisted life is what I have and this favour I ask of you
I ask that you stop the pain I've been going through
No more do I wish to stay in this place of nightmares
Where dreams always shatter and no one really cares
The broken hearts I draw with my blood begin to cry
Tears of crimson I see begging to just let them die
My broken hearts plead for what I'm asking for
To take all the pain that we can't stand anymore
Just take a shard of my glass heart broken inside
This was already shattered the night my heart died
And as you slice my wrists remember what I say
Though I leave you now I will meet you again some way
I will be the one that follows you in your dreams
Trying to let you know I want to suppress your screams
I will be the wind that blows upon your face
Wishing to wipe away tears that leave their faint trace
As the night grows colder and my body loses feeling
I can feel my broken heart now slowly start healing
A wish is what was asked and you answered our cry
You were the one who helped us to finally die
Though you feel no shame I want you to know
You were the one who broke us and let us go
The broken hearts I draw were cries for your love
But now you have left us in a puddle of tainted blood

great wording in this piece i love the ending.. if someone made you feel this way though they aren't worth the love.. if they truly loved you they wouldn't leave your relationship in a "puddle of tainted blood" a beautifully sad written piece here
