Things used to be so simple,
But things have changed.
If only we could turn back time
So things wouldn't be the same.
Sometimes this world is just too
Much to take
Sometimes I just want to
Escape..
Escape to a world where all my
Tears and my fears
could just disappear
But I guess thats not the
world we live in
When all you hear are cries in the distance
Cries for help
Cries from sorrow
Cries from pain

this a very sad expressive write.. I love the wording in this.. sometimes cries lead to a realization of things though. or maybe you need to find an answer within yourself.. I enjoyed this piece

xshatteredx, Yes we all cry for help and cry from sorrow and many cries from pain as we have also heard these cries from all others.
