When a smile just cant replace your frown
And you dont know what else you can do
When pain is too much that tears rain down
Thats when youll know that your love is true
When distance weakens your lonely heart
And you think that things are just too late
Just when youre about to fall apart
Thats when youll know that your love will wait
When trials endlessly bar your way
Nothing makes sense, everything is wrong
Just when you think you wont last a day
Thats when youll know that your love is strong
When sadness has become your true friend
And your heart breaks down leaving you aghast
When all of your hope has reached its end
Thats when youll know that your love will last
When tragic defeat is all youve found
And you fall down when youre hardest hit
Just when youre about to strike the ground
Thats when youll know that your love wont quit
When your troubles never seem to stop
Feeling such anguish you never knew
And just when youre about to give up
Thats when youll know love will see you through
When you cant find the comfort you need
When all of your searching ends in vain
And just when you can no longer breathe
Thats when youll know love is worth the pain
No matter how many times you fall
No matter how many tears you cry
When you believe love can conquer all
Thats when youll know love will never die
So take things easy, put on a smile
Because love is both pain and pleasure
When all your pain makes your love worthwhile
Thats when youll know loves depth and measure

| Love is definately pain...and judging from the pain I hold inside...my love must be extremely deep. Thank you for sharing this poem. It enlightened me in a new way. Beautiful job. |
