My Poetry

Contributed by Baby_Teddy_Bu on Saturday, 24th February 2007 @ 06:54:49 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

People write poetry to express their mind,
many crying for help for someone to find.
Some write about love and inspirational things,
like "The Raven" and "I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings."
Although I''m not as popular as many other poets,
"To some you are more," mom says "you just don''t know it."
I do want to be known, this much is true,
as a matter of fact... ever heard of Bu?
Misery is not my creative motivation,
nor a magical spell or an incantation.
I wish it could be because of love,
or some divine influence from up above.
But no... it''s just me,
since that''s all I knwo how to be.
Though I''ll admit I''m condemned to rhyme,
just about on each and every line.
For once in a poem i have no ending,
but in another point of view, this is just the beginning.
