" Once Again "
A sudden passing of a loved one
hurtful tears now flow from my heart
leaving me empty and so worn
A beautiful life once full to live
suddenly made now vacant
a soul mate is left to mourn
Only memories of love I cling
left by them in my soul
patiently waiting to be renewed
I reach gasping for my past love
quickly I see to find
only memories now be viewed
From deep within my soul
I cry for my lost love
empty echo's only returned
I lay upon my empty bed
beginning now to fade
their missing love forever yearned
I am left to walk all alone
this journey now through life
forever I shall cry
Strong waves of emptiness
inside of me crashing
left me wondering why
Past days now all gone
faded for good
one sure thing I know
My time will soon come
my time to pass
our love Once Again
will forever grow!!!!!

the lines:
"From deep within my soul

Leaves me to wonder... in reading your entire poem
I see that your love is not lost... It is right here in your words in heart....

wow this is such a heart felt sad write.. but the ending makes it all the better because its an outpour of feelings and then it shows hope.. beauitfully penned!!
