"Everything that happens where we live happens in us. Everything that ceases in what we see ceases in us. Everything that has been, if we saw it when it was, was taken from us when it went away. The office boy left today." ~Fernando Pessoa
Its the office boy - And, God the baby.
They existed, undeniably so, In the days that came and went [and he loved them] Until they, themselves, Were gone.
Somehow in their going They became more-real
And the sudden, pained awareness Of their being, then, not-there Was impossible to deny And undeniably unbearable (because he loved them).
Its the office boy And God, the baby,
And you
And me
And that.
Author's Note: Lest there be any misunderstanding, I should note, I suppose, that neither "the office boy" nor "the baby" were mine (not in any real sense, I mean). But.... I think he'd understand why they are here.

What an amazing piece. The epiphany for me comes through love one connects to all. The electric comes in two forms the A/C of this is alternating Creation from Commotion . The D/C of this directly plugs into the creation.
Marvelous

*grins* I'm glad you like "electrified epiphany", 'cause so help me if I didn't like it as well, and nod approvingly as soon as I'd typed it.
Quite a fine quote, indeed, and nice elucidation, in a way.

Abstract enough to make me wonder, but formed so i can get some kind of pcture. i loved the beginning. so ambigiously tantalizing.
keep it up.

oh hun ... how painful
when we possess something .. whether real or supposed,
it is incredibly difficult to give up. Even for a moment ..
but this .. this incredible stroke of emotion captures so
much more than that, methinks. (I don't dare say more,
for fear my own heart lie defenseless -- powerless
to any aide of my helpless emotions ..)
beautiful pain here, hun

What amazing abiguity you have forced our eyes to read! I would never dream of working disambiguity (There I used it, hah that word is retarded, but works here) upon this write. You painted a great picture, but left so much for the reader to interpret for themselves. That my dear, is poetry! Utter poetry. For baby, five stars! For the office boy, what?
Tremendous job Snemmy! You never cease to impress!
BRAVO
