you want me to write you a song
about what we've had for so long
and our baby that we've lost
we have nothing for the cost
for this i still cannot let go
i must thrive with what i know
when i am with you i seem complete
though i don't feel like i can compete.
how can you ever think this is done
when there is a love like this one?
thoughts of you and me taken away
kindof gives me comfort in a way
but i would never trade it for your face
i'd have to go down in this human race.
she wants to be free from worry
as she takes my temporary sanity
i desolve myself in this bitterness
cause this misstress is what i miss
i dont want to love you this much
though i love your painful touch
this beloved pain
brings temporary gain
but the deepness of this hole
is beginning to tare my soul
though this makes me smile
i cannot do this for a while.
if i can't prove this to me
how can i show anybody
it will be hard cause i am addicted
and for this love i've been afflicted.
she wants to be free from worry
