Ive tried
Ive gave
Ive gave
Ive taken
And now look Im still lost
I cant go on living in this hell
I have loved you and him unconditionally
I have tried to save something I thought worth saving
What happened to that place that thing
A home the happiness
Can it so easily be given up on
I guess we all choose our battles
And this one CANT be mine anymore
You and him are broken
Beyond repair
Torn from reality
Eyes blurred from the addiction
Eyes blurred from the hate
Guess what your problems are still here
And I am too
Tell me what you want
Tell me to leave
Tell me you want to hurt me
Its to late I am what I am
I should have got out a long time ago
But no my heart yearns for you and him
My eyes cry for you and him
My soul aches for you and him
Yet you take all that for granted
You will see one day
Rock bottom will come
And you will see what you lost
And Im sorry but you cant get me back
Im broke now my spirit is gone
I cant do this
I cant let you bring me down
I got to be something
To not be you
I will be something
You wait and see
And when your sitting there
Regretting your past
I will look and smile in sympathy
Yet I will still love and care
But know I cant help
I tried
I loved
I cared
I gave
I toke
I cried
I sweated
I worried
I laughed
I got mad
I got sad
I never saw happy
But I guess its time
So with this I say
AND NOW ITS DONE
I QUIT

this is a very powerful expressed piece here.. you can feel the frustration.. sometimes we have to take a step back and let people make their own mistakes and take their own downfalls that is how they learn.. sometimes our help isn't wanted by those around. but they see later and they learn a lesson.. great job here
