Inside my heart is breaking
And my make-up may be flaking
But my smile is not gone
I must find the will to carry on.

Though my mind is racing
And my feet continue pacing
My love for you I can't keep facing
But I can't find the will to carry on.

And my thoughts becoming few
Reaction sets in on cue
By the time I find the will to carry on
My life will be gone.

But inside my soul is aching
My hands I can't stop from shaking
My stomach no longer quaking
And my will to carry on is... gone.
