The same emotional fate
That once embraced me
Has darkened my soul
With hate.
My lungs fill
With the pain I fought
Too long to keep away and
Silently it kills.
Stepping on my dismay
Softly whispering my fears
Ripping away my obedience
Further my conscious strays.
All the passion
We once had
Thrown away in seconds
As our devotion crashes.
And the vow
We tried so hard to keep
Destroyed in a breath
With the hatred we began to allow.
For all the tears I've cried
For all the times I've tried
For all the words I've said
For all the blood I've shed
I'll promise you my life
I'll take it with your knife
My suicidal tears have dropped
My final cut's bleeding stopped
When you begin to tremble
My concluding thoughts assemble
And before my death
Hold my last breath.

It flows like the life river of love coming and going into our life.

I can feel your pain and hurt seep from your words. This was a very sad and painful poem. You did a good job getting it out and you did an amazing job with this poem. The flow was great. Great poem.
