As the night drifts silent
beneath the stormy stars
a prayer is said
a prayer repeated
no fear be felt
for a better way
I've seen my thoughts
through every angle
no dreams
just dust in a room rotting
my needs are within reach rotating round
an obscure focus falls upon me
out of time out of reach
a simple choice
escaping to safety
my better way has no end nor begining
its tonight for now on
