Cold NIght

Topic: oops

The night was cold
the rain poured down
all alone in the world.

No shoulder to cry on
to one to hold
all alone in the world.

Left there to rot
in the streets
where no one cares.

The pounding
of your heart fades
where no one cares.

The lights are dim
The nights are longer
death is so near.

The breathing slows
From the cold
death is so near.

The child cries out
for the comfort
of someone to hold

The little girl
who seems lost
wonders in the cold.

The snow fades
into darkness
the light isnt seen

The little ones
who lose their way
fights to live another day

Their lives are dim
with death is near
and theyve lost their way.

The little ones
whove seemed to cry
vanish everyday
